I visited this restaurant because I wanted to eat a Ramen meal just like the ones that are shown in KDramas on TV. I was not disappointed. The presentation was the same, noodles, meat, veggies and eggs. I was able to order kimchi, which I had no idea of what it is. Spicy but good. Everything tasted great, seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is closed in and dimly lit. If you are claustrophobic I do not recommend dining in. The restaurant should consider opening the blinds for that reason. You have to order at the counter so there is a little wait but no more than if you were at a table waiting for a waitress. Plenty of parking. I will be going back.

The food is phenomenal. I’ve eaten here 4 times since they’ve been in the brick and mortar. Most definitely returning.

I had been in search of a ramen restaurant to visit, so I was excited to get an invite. First-time patron. They were out of several types of bowls. I ended up choosing the creamy chicken bowl. To be honest, it lacked seasoning and taste. I was surprised the chicken for the dish was a cut-up fried chicken leg on a skewer. I’m not sure what they used to cook it, but the inside was gummie and slimy. Didn’t enjoy it at all. My lunch partner had a beef bowl. She said it was OK, but she left over half of it. My favorite things were the super cold diet coke and the crushed ice. Despite my first experience, I do intend to return and give this place a second chance as I enjoyed the atmosphere. Also, the lady taking orders was really nice. I believe and hope to have a better second experience, and hopefully, all the dishes on the menu will be available. I will update my review after my next visit.

This is not it. I finally got to try their ramen after they finally moved in to their new location. Insanely small and cramped. Literally no place to wait other than the bar where everyone goes to order and pick up food, they put other people’s food right in front of you causing traffic issues with customers. One gentleman that works there was on the phone with a customer and I got to see his striped boxers as he was bending over checking orders, very classy. They had one single person working in house and to go orders, she clearly needed help getting things moving. Had to wait almost an hour for my food to go, when I asked about it the girl told me she would check, but there were others ahead of me. Still trying to figure this one out as the woman who had order to go right before me, got her food and left before I ever did and the people behind me got theirs before mine as well. Finally got my order and back to my place work, broth was barely lukewarm, had to heat that up to even get my noodles and ingredients to a warm enough temp to want to eat it. I was not impressed overall with the food taste. The broth was very salty, and smelt too heavy of whatever cajun seasoning they use (crawfish boil maybe?). The pork was really chewy and no appetizing. The noodle were okay, not the best. The eggs were okay, just wish they had been a little hotter and more jammy. The smells from the pork and broth clashed between Cajun boil and smoked bbq while eating, so it was overwhelming on my senses. Maybe I came on a bad day for everyone, but I was not impressed at all with this experience.

The ramen was OK. I think it would have been much better if it wasn’t lukewarm. They were busy, but the lady at the counter was very efficient and friendly. It just didn’t WOW me for the price.

Bashing another restaurant with similar food (that just opened within the last few weeks, no less!) is an awful, lazy business strategy and truly shows the character of the people in charge. The antics and rudeness on FB from this restaurant had guaranteed I won’t be dining there, and won’t be recommending. If you can’t handle competition without making fun of others, maybe you aren’t that good to begin with!

The ramen was exceptional. My family and I ordered the Miso, Cajun Tonkatsu, Yakamein and the Karagge.

Ramen was delicious!!! Got there about 20min before they started and where like 4th in line. Didn’t have to wait long at all. The guys were cool and fast with getting the orders out. The ramen was of course the star of the show. Plenty to full you up and the flavor was on point. Menu is a little pricey but the ramen is worth it. Wouldn’t get the wings though. They were good but grossly overpriced. Definitely worth a visit. We will be returning. Already started digging in before I remembered to take a picture.

Ghost ramen is a nice addition to Shreveport. They have good potential. Food was good, some were salty. The wait time wasn’t long for us.
