The service was wonderful. Gianna was great! We loved the bread, polenta, salad, and soup. The main course was a little bland, and the sauce was a little too thin. Chicken parm needs a more robust sauce without chunks of onions. The eggplant parm was enjoyed by 2 out of 3. Same feeling about the runny sauce. We would return if we were in the area again.

.only open Friday Saturday and Sunday it could be because they’re in pine Grove very small community. They give you plenty of food and it’s all very tasty, with each dinner you get a plate of polenta soup salad and your main course we couldn’t eat it all came home with enough left over lasagna for another meal. Can’t wait to go again.

Delicious food, Friendly Staff & Great Price. Only complaint is that I didn’t come hungry enough- Generous portions. 🙂 We will definitely be coming back.

Tasteless. Meat sauce tastes like a name brand canned meat sauce. Marinara was liked blended stewed tomatoes. Chicken scallopini looked and tasted boiled; also flavorless. Tried one bite of this inedible dish, and mgt. refused to take it off bill… offered a small discount instead. Chicken Parm was not terrible, but it was scorched and burnt tasting on about half of it. Worst overall dining experience we’ve had in a decade or more. It’s obvious the ownership is not vested in this place and after 40 years it should be put out of its misery. Just say no.

Amazing vibe. Like you’re in Italy. People are celebrating, smiling. The staff is short friendly. There is lots of room, I don’t think there should be any problems with finding a table ever.

The family and I decided to give Italian a try tonight, we personally have never been her before so this is a single encounter. When you first walk in it has an old Italian feel, unfortunately we were sat in the back where it looked sort of new and without much aesthetics but was still nice, just not as charming. The waitress was quite kind and offered us menus, by the way the pricing may shock you but hang in there! We ordered the “Chicken Picotta”, “Lasagna” and “Pasta with Meatballs” and we figured it would be sort of like the spaghetti factory, but I think it was the room putting us in that mood. The waitress notified us she was bringing bread and Polenta. Essentially, grits with spaghetti sauce and cheese. I personally thought it was delicious, but we all ate a fair bit of it. But it also went very fast, then she grabbed our plates and says “Be right back with your salad” which we didn’t order, and for the three of us the bowl was pretty decent and well portioned. Consisted of balsamic vinegar, oil, chickpeas, tomatoes….. you get the point, it was really nice after the Polenta. As we were finishing the salad the waitress again picked up our plates “Be right back with your lentil soup” which at this point felt lavish and was amazingly tasty! So we are three courses in and as we are finishing soup and drinking water our dishes come out. The lasagna obvious is home made but then frozen. The volume I suppose explains as such because it would be difficult to create enough without waste or taking an hour, not a negative, just noticeable. The chicken picotta was tasty, had a good…..lemony flavor? The misses mentioned she wished it was a little more golden brown but she rated the overall meal 4/5. The youngster was expecting spaghetti with a bolognaise sauce and was quite delighted it was ummm ditaloni? Rated his entire meal 5/5. My rating obvious by this post but also was 5/5. So with all this information, here are some other details that are important, all the staff was friendly, the adult beverages were worth the money spent on them, the place is more expensive than most, but for three people you can get a killer four course meal for under $100. The portions are ideal for both adult and child portions which lead all three of us being full to the max with zero left overs which is always my preferred. Looking for a new experience drop in. But remember this they are only open from Friday to Sunday.
