I rarely order here and I couldn’t remember why, well I certainly did today. I called for a pick up order and the boy who answered was kinda snobby, all they usually have working there are teenagers, so I was like okay whatever, placed the order. When I picked it up it looked good, but was very greasy, yes I am aware it’s pizza and it’s supposed to be greasy; however, all you could taste was the grease. honestly the best thing are the hot pepper cheese balls. (I recommend Pizza Capri if your ordering pizza from a McDonald shop.)

Passed thru in our way to a wedding. We walked in, CLEARLY not locals or regulars. We were greeted in a friendly way, and offered hepful menu advice. I opted for my pizzaria go-to, a Hot Italian sub. Crispy bread, delicious cuts of meat, and offered a place to sit, as we tried to figure out where we could eat, that wasn’t in a crowded car.

Worst Subs, and wings that I have ever had. The Philly Steak hoagie was covered in old pretzel cheese. The thought of taking another bite of it makes me gag. The Italian Sub was soggy from a poorly toasted bun; much like the cashier that was also half baked. After I payed he said, “have a good day,” but looked at me dumbfounded when I said I still need my food. I should have took my business elsewhere after my initial call and being asked to hold, which lasted for 8 minutes before I hung up, and called back in. They forgot I was on the phone.

We have ordered from Gianni’s in McDonald for years, regular weekly large orders. Have never had a problem. Today we ordered as usual. New girl answered phone and took order. Had her read it back to me. She read back exactly what we ordered. Over an hour later it was delivered. Order was wrong. I called. She answered. Told her what was wrong, she assured me it would be corrected. An hour later we received the replacement item-wrong again. Told the driver. He was calling the boss. After a long while we got a call from the boss. He made me feel like it was our fault and we were trying to get free food. Trust me, I can certainly afford what I order and the issue was over half a hoagie. Ludicrous! The delivery girl is wonderful and stepped up and told her boss we are regular, big order, nice tipping customers. Sorry to say we won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered the pierogi pizza they’d been advertising. Awful! Over $17 and it was little more than a pizza shell with a little garlic butter and a few onions. That’s not an exaggeration. It was practically a plain pizza crust. I knew something was wrong the moment I picked up the box. A large, and it was light as a feather.
