reasonable price and nice elegant seating by the lake w/full bar. Friendly and attentive service. Flavorful Tender aged juicy steaks. Seafood tower was fresh and delicious. Juicy and sweet lobster tails, fresh tuna, scallops, king crab meat, jumbo shrimps and oysters. My friend enjoyed his sea bass dish . The green beans was flavorful and spicy. But I still enjoy it . Creamy mashed potatoes with potatoes chucks was yum. Decent portion from the kids menu . Can’t wait to return .

Of the many times my family and I have eaten here we have NEVER been disappointed and it has quickly turned into one of our favorite restaurants. It’s crazy that they have some of the best tasting Lobster bisque I’ve ever had anywhere in the country. The dining experience inside the restaurant is a touch better than on the patio but that’s to be expected. Will definitely keep coming back.

My fiance and I celebrated a new business venture together at Gianni’s. As fans of lamb chops, we weren’t disappointed by their delicious, tender lamb chops. I like how simple they were and cooked perfectly. They served them with a roast bulb of garlic. It made the lamb taste even better. The steak burger and escargots were wonderful too. The staff was great. Our server was a joy to talk with and very attentive. Overall, a fine meal. It’s been awhile since we had such a pleasant and satisfactory dinner.

If you find yourself downtown Wayzata and steak comes to to mind for dinner, you’re in luck because Gianni’s has you covered. Put it up against any of the steakhouses downtown. Classic but not stuffy, this spot checks all the boxes for me. The bar is legit with great selections and bartenders that are master at their libation creations. Great wine list. Friendly, high touch point wait staff. And oh my the steaks will have you coming back soon. Be prepared to spend a little money, but we’ll worth it for the value.
