Burgers and fries/tots were wonderful as always. Both milkshakes tasted like an old freezer though. Disappointing but we will continue to return for burger/fries. The staff are pleasant but one thing to note is: this isn’t a quick meal, we usually spend 45min minimum when we eat here. Sometimes longer if there are any other patrons there. Consistently good burgers, fries, and tots though so we will keep coming back!

I’m pretending this place is called Krusty Burger. We got food to go. We waited 15 minutes. The bun still NOT SOGGY! My wife was so happy. The team inside the place were welcoming and warm to us tourists. This place is a MUST for anyone traveling through. If you plan out just right, call at least 2 days ahead and try your hand at the 5# burger challenge.

Our first time eating at Giant Burger! It’s home to the 1 lb. Giant burger that you have to eat along with fries or chips under an hour. The shakes are really good, and the hamburgers were great as well. I would highly recommend them.

Food was pretty good. Server took our order and brought our food…and that was it, while she hovered over the table across from us. I assume it was the cook who kept pacing through and put keys in the door making us want to gobble our food and leave. I had to wait at the counter several minutes and finally asked another girl for the bill so I could pay. And when we got to our car I looked at the clock and it wasn’t even 8 yet. But the food was really good and if we go back I will order to go.

Probably the best burgers in Springfield and Eugene. It’s not frozen patties that you get from other places. It’s actually good quality burger meat recommend this place! I have normal burgers are usually get there inferno burger because I like the sauce that it is but they have really good burgers!

Krusty burger was amazing! The beer battered patty was delicious without being greasy. Fries were perfectly cooked and you can tell it’s fresh cut potatoes. The staff was friendly. Will eat here again if in the area.

I got the Inferno Burger which was delicious and suitably hot. Fries were crisp and well salted. Service was quick and personable. Go here if you want a no nonsense burger joint with great food and a small town atmosphere.

This place used to be my favorite place but it has gone down hill . I didn’t mind spending 70$ on 2 to 3 meals. The place is open less than half the time and the meals are less than half the size they used to be. And the quality is far less than that. What the heck happened?? Won’t ever go back. Sorry for that I’m going to miss it. I’ll have to try and make my own from now on.
