Fantastic pizza from a classic mom and pop type of place. Had the sausage,onions and pepper thick crust slice and a spinach and tomato slice. Very good tasting and not at all greasy. Was pretty busy around lunch time.

The dough recipe for their thin crust pizza must be one cup cloud, one cup flour and one cup helium. The absolute lightest thin crust pizza in all of Chicago, possibly the world. Delivery time may impact the crispness. So delicate, so impossibly crisp, it’s a food science miracle. If you eat more than one slice, you are at risk for floating away. The sausage in the combo sandwich is grilled to perfection, hearty and well seasoned.
