The drinks were great, like amazing. We had a sesame cocktail that has enough depth it would implode your average submersible.

Gigi’s is unusual looking outside of restaurant but is comfortable inside.

Excellent food at Gigi’s. First time visiting. The burger was light and filling all the same time- the softest bun. Waitress and bus boy were great- everyone was very nice and helpful.

A great restaurant, although quite tight for spacing. We reserved a table for two but there was a large party beside us in which they put chairs on the ends and had we sat down at the table, the persons back would literally be at our table. We opted for the bar instead. The drinks were fantastic. Gigi’s Vesper was strong and tasty. The oysters were kushi from BC so no complaints there and the bread and butter was fresh and very good. The mains were a little average. The steak frites was alright but the meat was average. The squash gnocchi was also good but nothing to die for. Great service and all in all nice place. A solid 4 stars and would recommend.

Tonight was my first time having dinner here and it was a very pleasant experience. There are some very questionable recent reviews by what look like bots so I’m not sure what’s going on with that story but I can attest that I am indeed not a bot and everyone at our table had a good experience. Our server Kelsey did a great job as well.

We ordered the uni toast, the artichoke, the duck and the branzino. The branzino was delicious and stole the show. The duck was good but pretty rare even for duck. The uni toast was good but not great value ($24 for three little bites). Not sure what they were going for with the artichoke. It was pretty tough and lacking in flavor. Would have been if it was fried or steamed with some aioli to dip it in – definitely seemed like some thing was missing. The wine list was great, a lot of interesting options and you can find a good bottle for 50-60 dollars. Never made it inside the restaurant but ambience outside was great and the servers and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Delicious overall but there were a couple Of glaring gaps, like the bland chicken liver mousse and dry roasted chicken. Their weird looking bread and salted butter is FANTASTIC as were the horseradish sugar snap peas. Good dessert options too.

Ambiance is a cool vibe. Great drinks. Service was personable. Food was flavorful and cooked to our liking. The only negative was the portion sizes. Probably 2 bites too small on all the dishes.
