Great fried chicken, better than any chicken tender franchise around. Homemade sauces and fries were great too. Very friendly owner, gave me some extra tenders to try out a new sauce. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Salida.

I’m a southern girl and we love our fried chicken and are decently picky about it. This place has yet to disappoint. Nashville hot tenders are bomb so are their regular ones! I’ve honestly got so addicted to the tenders that I have yet to try the full on fried chicken but that is definitely next. Fries are ridiculously delicious & thick cut! Mac & Mashed so craveable! We’re lucky to have such a yummy food truck in our little town!

Absolutely amazing food. This was our second time here today, and we tried the wings instead of the tenders. Both are delicious for a great price too!! There’s a nice outdoor patio with a lovely view, and spots for the dogs to lay down 🙂

The chicken was perfectly cooked 10/10. Nashville hot was so well sauced and had the right amount of kick. Takes a minute to get your food because it’s cooked fresh on the spot, but so worth it! Service was great they even packed us containers so we could eat on the go! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Accidentally showed up while they were closed and they offered to make us wings or tenders anyway! The wings were crispy, tender and flavorful. Super nice people and maybe the best chicken in Colorado. A pretty amazing combination!

The customer service was good. The ladies working were friendly. The tenders were dry and the waffle wasn’t soft. We weren’t the biggest fan of the Mac and cheese either. The Nashville chicken and fries were good though. If we come back, we’ll just stick to the fries and Nashville chicken.

This place is amazing. Had the Nashville hot chicken tenders and fries and it’s some of the best chicken I’ve ever had! Better be ready for a bit of heat with the Nashville hot! Their Buffalo and BBQ sauces sound good too. The 6 piece and fries was enough food for 2 people.

This is not cheap chicken! We had a little bit of sticker shock but the food was absolutely worth it. Huge portions and everything tasted amazing. Service was very friendly and the chef is obviously gifted. I highly recommend the Philly chicken and cheese sandwich.
