The absolute BEST BURGER!! I’ve been in the Carolinas for over 2 years and Gigi’s is…BY FAR…the best burger I’ve had in years. The mushroom-swiss burger is a staple for most burger joints, but Gigi’s has perfected it with amazingly soft butter-bun, plump mushrooms and sweet onions grilled to perfection, thick slice of melty Swiss cheese, and a patty the likes of which I’ve not ever tasted. Gigi’s Snack Shack arguable has one of the best burgers in New Bern. My top five only has four currently so space is limited! You can’t get in the top five if you serve junk… I have standards and expectations and Gigi’s checks all the boxes.

I stopped by today I have heard about the food & had to try it. I got loaded tatter tots & a honey BBQ chicken sandwich & OMG just getting the food in the car I was ready to eat haha. It smelled sooo yummy ! It was amazing I would definitely recommend going here so much flavor & it even looked good ! Thank y’all so much for our wonderful lunch I can’t wait to go back !!
