Gotta love a good sandwich at Gil’s. From beef, pork, and turkey, you can’t go wrong with stopping here for lunch! They hand out free samples nearly every visit and the food is mouth watering!!!

I saw these guys at a food truck festival at the meadows in Washington pa the beef was great!!!…my only regret was I didnt get one to go but the line was a bit long to jump back in…smoked well but somehow not dried out..sliced thin in front of me reminded me of a down south bbq joint crossed with the best NYC deli ever….I wish I lived near this place..I’ll be looking for them at any festival i go to…I’m not a food truck guy but the on the go set up was great….onsite location is probably even better…whoever’s in charge dont change a thing…cant speak for Turkey or pork but beef with mumbo sauce was perfect for me….made all other trucks a dissapointment….very good work…please open up a franchise near Pittsburgh..I’ll help ha ha
