I haven’t had Gina’s pizza in a long while. I got a meat pizza and it was everything I needed. So so good. I can’t believe I haven’t been back. I heard they have some good cheese sticks. I guess I’ll just have to add that my order next time. My sister tried it and now she’s hooked too.

Our family ordered several extra large pizzas for our reunion weekend last night and the pizza was amazing. I don’t know how they managed to make that many pizzas in a half an hour but we picked it up and took it back to our gathering and it was hot and absolutely delicious. Ten stars.

I’m very unhappy with Gina’s Pizza in James City NC. On 5/2/20, I ordered a pizza that was made incorrectly. I call them in hopes of getting good customer service. I was wrong. I’m a loyal customer but no longer due to the selfish and poor customer service I received. I was told they could remake the pizza if I was willing to bring the incorrect made pizza back. I informed the person on the phone that it would be a huge inconvenience for me to drive all the way back just to pick up a pizza that they messed up. They refuse to deliver a remake as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Please be aware of this ridiculous policy that Gina’s in James City has. This a stupid in-house policy is not Customer friendly. Never again folks!

Decent place. Hoagies (rolls make the sandwich) are really good, but I’d say order extra meat. Pizza, not really impressed. Crusts are premade and baked in a conveyor belt oven, which yields just a mediocre pie. I will have to try more from here to better judge.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. A friend and I ordered a pizza and cheese bread from here and when we got back to the office, the cheese sticks were raw in the middle and we found a hair on our pizza. I’m not one to leave bad reviews because of one mistake and if they would have refunded my money, we could have went on with our day. But instead, they chose to call me a liar, telling me that it wasn’t a hair and that the cheese sticks are always “doughy”. We are from an office that orders from here nearly every Saturday but we definitely will not be anymore.

Horrible customer service!!! Man who answered the phone to take the order was rude and even hung up on my mom when she called to order. Sent the pizza without the cheese sticks and manager on duty refused to make it right. Do NOT recommend.

I love Gina’s Pizza the one in New Bern as well as the one in James City I always go in and get 4 pizzas 3 with extra cheese an 2 with no sauce instead I get a butter garlic sauce with extra cheese and it is the best ever
