I’ve heard of Gina’s Vegan, but I’ve never had a chance to eat their food. This morning I got a chorizo breakfast burrito at the farmers market. It was awesome!!! I intend to frequent their business on a regular basis. I never thought, vegan food could taste so good.

Oh my! I’ve walked by this food truck at the Como Farmers Market 3 weeks in a row. Thinking about this “Beatnik Burger” Gina advertises on her menu. (I’ve been trying to perfect a black bean burger for months and cannot seem to get the flavor and consistency from 1 recipe. I have flavor but not consistency and visa versa.) If this sounds like you then LOOK NO FURTHER! I bought 2-1 for my husband too. He’s a big burger guy. They were outstanding! Even my carnivorous husband loved it! Something Smokey and juicy about it. The bun was amazing! And the sauce! Highly recommend. And her husband recommended the potato salad! Again! Wow! I will be ordering more soon!! Thanks Gina and (hubby-forgot your name!)- we will see you soon!

i have had 3 items ,the cornbread was terrific,definitely some of the best i have had-it was moist with a great flavor and kernels of corn and did not fall apart-i usually put butter on cornbread but enjoyed this as is-needed nothing else..the soup had faux sausage with a great spicing and was great…the chili was mild style which allows you to set your own heat level and i appreciated that it was not oversalted as some are
