This location is inside the casino. The front desk employee was very friendly, greeting us & taking out orders. The orders here are done first. You pay and then self seat. They then bring the food to your table. Keep in mind it is not a table service restaurants there are no servers. We needed a few things like extra limes & to go boxes, we were willing to get ourselves no problem, but the employees on the floor made it feel like they absolutely did not want to help us. It was kinda awkward. Now about the food, it was very tasty big portions. The rice I didn’t enjoy it was dry & stale. I had the lumpia for a started & a kung pao chicken type of dish. & mango pudding for the dessert. Keep in mind you orders first, then the comes all together start entree & dessert. To drink, I just had the free water at the casino. Nothing grabbed my attention on the menu. I really liked the inside & decor it was very modern, nice, warm lighting.

My son wanted to try this restaurant for his birthday. He had heard good things about the kalbi here, which was why he had this request. Overall, the restaurant is a comfortable place, and the atmosphere was relaxed, not fancy. To be honest, the Kalbi was a bit undercooked, and ribs were cut a bit thin. The walnut shrimp was outstanding. We ordered a 2nd dish of it and the Pad Thai combo dish was tastyl. Would come here again to eat, but request the kalbi be medium well instead of rare.

Got here at 5:30pm on a Saturday. 20 min wait. There’s two registers. We knew what we wanted to order while we were in line, which made our check out so much quicker when we got to the counter. While the couple before us was still deciding on what to order when they got to the register. Tables are first come first serve and it was packed.

It was just okay. Both of us ordered the same exact dish. When they brought it to the table one plate of noodles was light in color and the noodles in the other plate was dark. I questioned the lady as to why the plates looks different and we ordered the same thing. She laughed and reply ” Oh, they must of put too much soy sauce” i think the cook must have put the whole darn bottle.

Had egg drop soup which tasted amazing and also had the Yang Chow Fried Rice, taste was good but portion size was a bit on the small side imo considering the price, also checked throughout the plate and only found 6 shrimp. Service was great even though it was busy and getting close to closing time!

Literally, the worst Asian food I’ve ever had in my life ! Bland ! Ramen was disgusting & so was the pad Thai ! I am warning you get anything else in the casino except for this food . I’ve tried it twice & again the worst food ever ! Need new chefs or new recipes immediately!!!! I have had lots & asian food if all types . But this place just ruined my vacation

My husband and I both ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and a side of lumpia. The lumpia was pretty good! They also provided little water bottles with the Viejas casino logo which was pretty cool! Very fast service! Only downside is that the broth for the ramen tasted very watery and the pork didn’t have much flavor. I’ll probably try something else next time!

Taste is good. Ive tried yang chow fried rice, low mein, beef broccoli, tsao chicken, padthai needs improvement. Portion size are small considering the price ..any who will def be back because i like viejas casino
