The pizza is fantastic! The calzone is huge and amazing! The chicken wings actually may be the best I’ve ever had and I’m 65! I’ll keep coming back for the great food and entertaining owner/waiter! Love to come here.

On Friday, February 15th we visited Gino’s Italian Restaurant. I wish we could come here more often but it’s a 3 hour round trip drive. Per usual, it was well worth the drive! Ed had the Lasagna which he said was the absolute best of any he’s eaten. I had the Shrimp Alfredo which was also the absolute best. One new item they offered was Italian Wedding Soup…I’m not sure if this was because of Valentine’s Day the day before but I got to try it and, of course, it was wonderful. Before leaving, we also ordered a pizza to bring home. I believe what makes this restaurant so great is not only the food (it speaks for itself) but the friendliness of the owners and the waitstaff. You walk through the door and it feels like family is there to greet you. I’m not sure when we’ll be back this year, but we are already looking forward to another visit. We highly recommend Gino’s if you want great food along with friendly service!

So glad I went! This is a true legit Italian restaurant. We are so thankful. The pizza a cheese pie as we call it was fantastic authentic the calzone excellent we had ours with sausage and the sausage was like home. I can’t believe we can have food like this around the corner of our little town. We will be going there and try other items. This time we will take pictures.

We ordered lunch from here and it was terrible all around! It was our first and LAST time eating here. The owner spoke to us like a dog. Would not listen to anything we had to say when questioned the pricing. The price we got from the online menu was doubled when we got there. When we questioned it we were yelled at. Our food was cold and did not have everything on it that it was supposed to come with it. We paid entirely too much for food that was cold, not what we ordered and had TERRIBLE service. Never ever will we will be eating here again and I would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!!

Best italian food I have had in my 73 years!!! Everything is authentic and homemade. This place also is clean, nicely furnished and the hospitality is wonderful. Came here 2 years ago and couldn’t wait to come again. You wont be disappointed.

Real authentic Italian cuisine. An absolute treat to our taste buds. After moving down from NY, we thought we’d never find food as good as this again. The price is more then fair for the quality and quantity of delicious food that you get. Bring your appetites and empty stomachs. The service is warm and friendly as well. Makes us feel like we’re in Uncle Lino’s kitchen.

Passed this place several times on trips to Knoxville. Finally stopped to try it out last night. We were not disappointed. Very friendly staff and the food was outstanding. We had the Italian nacho app, meatball parm and italian spaghetti for dinner. The pricing is on par with the quality. Yes there may be cheaper options but you get what you pay for. We spent $60 tip included for two people, app, dinners and a small pizza to go. Considering we have enough food left over to eat today the price is not bad at all. I just finished the pizza for breakfast. Pasta will be for dinner. We will certainly be stopping there again and again.
