Vegan options are pretty limited but, having any at all is an incredible treat so we were thrilled to find this charming little stop during our trip. Between The delicious options and the friendly service, the kids were disappointed that we weren’t returning the second day but, I like to venture to new places. The waitress couldn’t have been kinder and the food was exceptionally quick to come out. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Definitely worth the stop!

Geno’s has become a staple within the community. They’ve been in business as long as I can remember. It’s always offered a nice selection of authentic Italian cuisine. The pizza is fantasies, and it might be the best in poughkeepsie. They’re white pie is particularly delicious. I would recommend anyone to try for yourselves. Its so damn good. I order from them almost every week, and it never gets old. And do yourself a favor; try their magnificent garlic knots. They are incredible.

I have been coming here for years, since I had once lived in Poughkeepsie in the 90’s. I absolutely LOVE their pizza. I think it is the best pizza I have had. Their homemade desserts are also incredible. However, I did have 1 bad experience here. I ordered one time, something that was not pizza, I got an eggplant dish and was shocked to see that the sauce contained meat which was not mentioned on the menu. When I said something to the waitress, she gave me an attitude about it “always” coming this way. I explained that I was vegetarian and therefore couldn’t eat the dish. She was unhelpful. Hence why I cannot give Gino’s 5 stars though it pains me.

The eggplant parmesan was delicious! The temperature was perfect. It was hot when it arrived and the portion size was great for the money. In my opinion, it’s enough for 2 meals. The side Caesar salad I ordered was fresh and also was a decent portion size that will last a couple of days. My order arrived quickly and the delivery person was very friendly. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Gino’s Pizza & Restaurant! More than 5 stars!

i called for delivery and the lady on the phone was super nice & patient. Delivery came on time ( I tipped him). once I received my food I was in shock bc of how nice it looked and lemme tell you… it tasted BOMBB!! & they even gave me free rolls 🙂 most definitely the best pizza place I’ve ordered from in poughkeepsie

My family has frequented Gino’s for YEARS – both dine in and take out. They never disappoint. Most recently, we catered for the first time from them. My fiance and I were very happy with our meals. The taste was excellent the pasta was cooked exactly as we asked and there wasn’t an overpowering amount of salt…just great flavor. Seems like most restaurants these days are substituting salt for flavor and it’s gross. This is the first meal we’ve had in the last month that was actually excellent! Great job Gino’s Main Street. We’ve found our new favorite pizzeria!
