The lady working the front counter on July 14 at 9:30pm was very polite. There was a gentleman from the back yelling and cussing that she was still taking orders. It was 9:45pm on a Friday night. I understand that it’s been a long day, but very unprofessional when they close are still open.

What an insane experience. Hah. Order placed at 5:35. Called at 7:45 to ask what was going on and was told “it’s out for delivery”. Called back at 9:05PM and was told “the address was wrong” (it wasn’t. We live on a very well known street literally less than 1 mile from the restaurant) and when I told them it wasn’t wrong I was then told “well, we been real busy”. Haha. At this point I can only laugh at the incompetence. My number was on the order form, they never called about my “wrong address”. The person on the phone was just straight up nonplussed about the whole thing. Not even an apology was offered. I truly am curious how a restaurant is so poorly run and still in operation. Just order from a different Gino’s and go pick it up. The pubwich is great, but it’s not worth waiting 3.5hrs. All jokes aside, seriously, do not order from this location.

Maybe it’s unfair to rate Gi-NOs since my pizza never came. After an hour I called and they said it’s on the way. 2hrs, never came. Done. I’m sure if it shows up at this point it will be cold and lousy. Maybe they got lost or in an accident. Hope everyone is ok. See photo for proof of missing pizzas.
