I have always liked going to this Gino’s for years and years. They are always very polite and helpful with ordering, checking to see if they can get you a better deal with the specials they offer. It’s always very clean when I go there and usually very busy. They do have a delivery service available, but have never used it, as we pick up on the way home. I do recall that the driver was always going back and forth getting it done. I will definitely be eating here in the future, hopefully soon. Also recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great pizza with great service.

Would give no stars if I could. Made a purchase on March 3, which was a waste of money. The pizza was cold, the philly steak just had meat & cheese nothing else, the ham & cheese pubwich only had ham on one side along with quarters of tomato. While waiting to pick up the manager came in from a delivery never washed hands & started making pizza’s. Took food back for a refund & was told they couldn’t do that. I would not recommend or purchase again. Poor business ethics & questionable cleanliness.

I would give no stars if possible. My mother called to see if we could get a large order in a small amount of time because the person who was supposed to handle this event dropped the ball. When she called to ask what could be done for $150 the woman on the phone laughed at her. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behavior and poor customer service. This event was for her nephews memorial service. He just recently passed away from symptoms due to COVID. When someone calls with questions about a service that’s needed for a memorial the last thing they want is to be laughed at. So lame. Just be kind and professional. PERIOD!

Last night I wanted takeout so I called Gino’s and they delivered. I ordered a 16in cheese pizza $11.99 and a small bread sticks $7.99 total should have been around $22.00 or less. I asked for my total and the woman said the delivery driver will give it to you when he calls. When the driver called he asked for directions, and tried to hang up quick. I said wait I need a total, he says $36 and change? I said wait a minute man, it was supposed to be about $20-$23 he says that the extra was for tax, fees, and delivery. I canceled the bread sticks, and the total was still $24!! Idk why but I let him deliver it. When he dropped it off, no receipt, no napkins, and he grabs the cash and takes off, didn’t even count it? So I’m about to absolutely destroy Gino’s on any online review site I can find, and also I’ll never be eating from there again!! Worst part is, my mom use to bring those pizzas home all the time, and they were $5.99
