I was stranded on a train the day of the derailment. I was grateful this place was close to the station. All the staff was friendly. I got a to go order and shared a sandwich with my seatmate. He said it was good also. Amtrak also bought us pizza from here for lunch. I liked that also.

This is definitely the best Gino’s in town! The wait time was normal, the price was affordable, and the pizza was fantastic. The sauce is more authentic, without being pure tomato, and they do not skimp on toppings. My order was nice and hot, and they offer the convenience of a drive thru. This is my favorite pizza in this area!

Had to order a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, no tomatoes or green peppers, Tyler’s Bread stops with double cheese and a hot ham and cheese, they were all AWESOME! This is my favorite Gino’s in the tri-state! The only pizza place that does a Chicken Bacon ranch pizza right!!! Love it!!!!!

Was not satisfied at all order was completely wrong and I was lied to by the delivery driver for him to get a extra $5 tip an when I called management and finally got through (the next day) was told they would have to see what they can do if this is how they run a business I don’t know how they’re still open an I would know because I also run a store in the food industry (I’m a manager as well) so I truly don’t understand. The employee should be fired immediately for lying/stealing from a customer an the order should be replaced because (I can take them back the wrong food it wasnt even eaten) I order there frequently and spend $40+ everytime, I won’t be going back it’s sad how bad Gino’s on 14th Street in Huntington WV has gotten. Currently waiting to be contacted back but it took so long to get ahold of a manager or even someone to answer the phone I don’t expect a call back anytime soon.

Me and my husband ordered a pubwich last night and had to call and have it re-made management was rude acting like we was trying to get free food. The ham inside was burnt and the bread was soggy. We are regular customers that will no longer buy food here because of how rude they was to us and plus we was afraid to eat it thinking they may have spit in it. This place has went downhill and needs to get it together.
