It is a very fine Japanese restaurant in Levittown. The freshness of fish is self spoken. The chef has excellent cutting skills, so every bite just feels in the mouth. In addition, the chef uses a unique sauce to match every different dish, and it’s an absolute taste feast. My personal favorite is definitely the truffle sauce.

Amazing food and service! I brought my bf here for his birthday as a surprise and he loved it. The day before, I had called in and the lady who answered the phone made sure the fried green tea ice cream was going to be ready as a surprise. She immediately got ready once we had finished our food and completely surprised my bf with the dessert without him noticing. We had such a wonderful service and experience here. Would definitely come back again!

Outrageous eel avocado hand roll. Woodbury roll, red devil roll, geisha roll all extremely fresh flavorful bites. Interior is gorgeous, the decor gives a downtown Manhattan vibe, without the price gouging. The crowd was happy upbeat. The server gave detailed info on specials. Great local find, definitely a repeat visit coming soon!

Best sushi on the south shore. They just opened up after being closed for a few years and the food is fantastic. Very picky when it comes to sushi because its important the place is clean and observes clean prep practices. That’s just as important as the food quality. Will not hesitate to keep coming here. They get crowded and its much smaller than previous location but I find it actually works better the space for the owners who are really engaged with the customers.

Some of the best sushi we’ve had in the states. having been to Japan multiple times we know good sushi and this is right up there. Cool decor really reminded us of flashy Ginza in Tokyo. All of the rolls were really well done and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We live 20 mins away but will def make the trip often to come back

I ordered food for take out this past week because of all the positive reviews. Although the chef is known for sushi, my son is not a fan, so I ordered the Thai Basil Flank Steak and Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki Combo entrees. The Flank Steak was tender and flavorful. However, the proteins in the teriyaki combo entree, particularly the shrimp, which was inedible, were overcooked. When I called the restaurant to let them know, the staff put me on hold and when she returned, told me that she checked with the chef, and that is how the dish is always prepared. Her strange and unsatisfactory solution was to write in the book that the next time that I place an order, they would provide me with a few shrimp on the side.
