Our first visit was a pleasant surprise! We started with gyozas deep fried dumplings which I rarely eat but they were fresh and light, I ordered a wonderful ginger fried rice with shrimp.Stir frying is an art so that you don’t end up with too much oil or sauce that puddles at the bottom. This was perfect. My husband ordered chicken curry and thought it was excellent. They even opened a fresh bottle of wine for me. Priceing was fine and as expected. We will definitely return!

Lovely place. Food was fantastic. Miso soup was delicious and the ginger salad dressing was very good. Spring rolls were good. Best sushi I have EVER eaten. The tuna melted in my mouth. The Angel Roll was recommended by our waiter and it was GREAT. My wife had Hibachi Salmon and loved it. Our waiter was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I’m giving Ginza Asian Fusion my highest rating. If you’re in Pulaski, VA you MUST give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Food was average quality prices are in line with quality. We ordered 4 varieties of sushi all were rather bland. As most places are at this time we found the restaurant to be understaffed however they were advertising for help wanted. Overall not a bad spot.

Awesome restaurant. Their fried rice is more like how a Thai restaurant would do it. Lots of flavor even a little bit of different colors. I definitely enjoyed the meal. The price was fair as well. I look forward to returning once I’m back in the Pulaski area.
