It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The place was clean, and the decor added to the pleasant ambiance. Highly recommended for a great dining experience!

This place is phenomenal… as a frequent flyer I can attest to never being disappointed in any of the items I’ve ever tried. I can personally say that the sushi, hibachi, udon bowl, Mongolian beef bowl, and all of the ramen are fantastic. Highly recommend! Join the rewards program and can save you money nearly every visit thereafter!

The staff was very kind and efficient and the options on the menu were plentiful! The pricing is very fair and they give you a bottle of white sauce for the table.

You order at the counter and get a number and they bring your food to the table. The food tasted good and had a beautiful presentation. Joined their loyalty club and received 30% off on our order.

I rarely leave a five star review but this place deserves it.

Overall disappointing. I was excited to find essentially a one-stop shop for all my Japanese favorites but left feeling unsatisfied and let down. The overall quality of the food was subpar. I ordered an original boba tea, and it tasted overwhelmingly floral, almost like I had sipped a perfume bottle. The boba pearls were tiny and dissolved almost instantly when taking a sip. I prefer my pearls to be chewy. The tonkatsu ramen was decent, although the egg was hardboiled instead of the usual soft boiled. Broth was thin and salty, not containing much flavor. I ordered the eel and avocado roll minus the avocado. When they brought it out, it had avocado, but the server was really nice and noticed before I could say anything. The teriyaki chicken/beef was OK, but it had a strange texture. Wait times on food varied and the staff was really nice. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The price of the food was not worth the quality we received. Will not be returning.

Love the sushi-volcano. It says spicy, I think, like 3*s, but to me, it’s more like a super tasty 1* with a sweet and spicy stir-fry like flavor. Was a bit too hot for my husband, though. If you ask him, the heat scale was right on point.

First impression was that it was very clean. Like super clean. You order at the counter. And they bring your meal to you. We had a sushi roll, salmon hibachi and a poke bowl. All were very good. The menu is self explanatory. No designated kids menu but plenty of options for a non picky 7 year old. We only saw 2 staff members and they were very pleasant. Looking forward to trying the noodle bowls.

First time trying out Ginza Cafe. I was pleasantly surprised, the menu had more options than I expected. The spring rolls were hot and crispy, Hibachi steak with rice and veggies was good but meat was slightly over cooked. Staff was friendly and dining room and restrooms were clean.
