Fresh ingredients, dish presentation could be improved, a bit drab. Adding rice with the sashimi would be a nice touch. Service is acceptable but missing the friendly flick. Restaurant atmosphere is a bit dull, colorless. Let’s bring some life into the restaurant. Japan has a rich culinary culture.
