They were quick and efficient on my lunch break. Chicken hopefully was all the way cooked, but it was questionable. I should be okay. Rice was only slightly dry, nothing a little white sauce couldn’t fix. Love the soup. Atmosphere leaves some to desire and it was stuffy in there today as it is almost 70 but only February. A fan or properly adjusted AC would have been thoughtful. Not very cordial, but I got what I came for which was a quick lunch including tea for only about $10! Ordered med rare steak and chicken. Did not have hot oil. They got me in and out within 30 minutes which I really appreciate.

The clear soup and ginger dressing salad that come with every meal are 1000% addictive. The rare steak hibachi is always incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. Love to everyone who works there. My #1 hibachi spot.

They were rude! Don’t greet you when you come in the door, just tell you to sit down! Waited for 5 mins just staring at my mom talking! Had to ask for menus, food was served had to ask for Silverware! Food wasn’t satisfying! Maybe it was a bad day, but that was my first and last time!

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD ! I used to come here often and order the hibachi chicken bt I went there yesterday and the lady that owns the place and the waitress both had an attitude for what I have no clue ! I ordered sprite she brought back Sierra Mist and instead of saying they don’t have sprite she got upset when I told her I didn’t want this can I have a lemonade she gave me the lemonade and it was disgusting ! I asked her do she have any other drinks she told me she don’t want to bring me anymore drink I should just drink water and got upset because I asked her why is she mad !! They are very rude and unprofessional !!! You can’t speak to Customers any kind of way especially if I’m spending my money at the establishment!! Never again will I go here they are terrible ! The lady in the picture was very nasty and rude along with her coworkers !!!!!!

The food was great, the sauce and everything fit together really well, They give you very big portion and the soup at the beginning is divine hot and crunchy. The look of the place may look deciving since how small it looks but the service is great food is great and our waitress was very polite. Would definitely come here again great place!!

Food use to be good. Then I ordered sesame chicken and it was so hard I could not chew it. I called the waiter and he said it was deep fried and was suppose to be hard. I told the cashier and she said well she could not do anything about it. I hate it when they don’t care what there customers think. There are too many other places to go. Good bye Ginza
