Authentic Korean restaurant. We ordered the Hot stone Bibimbap with raw beef, when it came out it was sizzling and the waiter mixed it for me because it was too hot. The kimchi fried rice is our favorite. My son loves the beef tenderloin with asparagus and bell peppers. The ramen was yummy. Everything was freshly made. We did enjoy our dinner. The waiters were very attentive tive and polite. They are located on a side street that you can barely notice. Im just thankful we found this little gem.

I visited this place a few years back, it was excellent, great food with great service, I can’t say the same thing now though.

Delicious authentic Korean food! reasonable price compared to other restaurant near and much better tasting food. Good quality. Relaxed atmosphere and genuine friendly staff. We ordered spicy tofu soup and the soups came out real quick which was much appreciated and was amazingly delicious. It was a great dinner experience for us! I will tell my friends in Portland to eat here when they visit Hawaii.

With mismatched elements to the area it’s in, this spot is easy to miss. But you shouldn’t.

We like to find the “hole in the wall” restaurants on our vacations. We stumbled across this place our 2nd night in Oahu. The staff was very friendly and was more than happy to explain the menu. He even gave us recommendations on what to order.

Really, really enjoyed our dinner. My daughter and I split the Dolgot Bulgogi and it was VERY flavorful. My wife had the Spicy Soup with Beef and Rice. She would have liked it a little more spicy. My son had the Sirloin, and it came on a steaming hot plate, like fajitas. All the portions were very large. We spent nearly $25 per person, but it was worth it. Oh, and we had rice and plenty of Korean veggies.

Had high hopes for this place based on the reviews I read on here. When we got there, we were the only customers and were seated right away. The staff was friendly, but as we were looking over the menu it felt like they were pressuring us to get the 2 person special which cost $95. We ended up ordering separate items since we weren’t crazy hungry. As a Korean, the food for me was not very good or authentic. Maybe you’ll like it if you’ve never had Korean food before, but we weren’t impressed. I read reviews that said the portions were big and you get a lot for your money, but I did not think that was true. The portions are very typical, if not smaller than most Korean restaurants I’ve been to. Overall, it wasn’t terrible. It just wasn’t good.

Excellent service. We discovered this place by seeing their sign while walking on Kalakaua Avenue. Had to go thru an alley.
