The Bainbridge store has messed up our orders, been substantially late with deliveries and delivered inadequate pizza (i.e. cheese slid to one side, lukewarm) on a number of occasions. The most recent time was a large order ($100+). One of our pizzas was delivered to the wrong address, so they took the remainder of our food back to prepare the other pizza. Over 45 minutes late, our food arrived. All food was subpar. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area. We are done with this place.

Just got chicken and jojo’s, and am very disappointed, the leg smelled very spoiled, so tried a different piece and was so so. But got very sick! . Do not recommend anyone eat here until the health department has a look here. My dogwood not even touch it! No joke.

We walked in and ordered a medium 2 topping and it was ready in about 10 minutes. This pizza was so good! With every bite, you could taste the distinctive flavors of every ingredient. This isn’t just another pizza.

Waited over 90 minutes for cold pizza. , I didn’t get the correct pizza. Also, the wings were not so soaked in sauce. I had to cook them. Not crispy at all. Terrible. Waste of money

I made an order on doordash. I placed the order at 5:40 p.m. on July 20th , they said the order would come between 6:30 and 6:40. I understand they were busy. At 7:15 p.m. I get a notification that the order was dropped off, but the order was NOT dropped off. I then call and they told me that the driver was on their way in the area, I’m literally 5 minutes away from this place, I would have went to get it myself but I had children sleeping. Anyhow, after 45 minutes more I finally call again and she assures me they are on the way. I literally call back 30 minutes later because I just don’t understand and people are hanging up on me, putting me at hold, telling me meanly that they are closedIN VERY RUDE TONES. The manager Sam was nice and not rude, but all the other co-workers that I dealt with on the phone were extremely rude!!! I never got my refund from them, and was able to reach doordash for a refund after waiting two days. Sam said that her driver could not find me I was literally off at 306 on a very simple road I really do not believe that. They didn’t try to make it right with me after spending $50 and getting nothing from dinner. I will never order from this location every again. I understand things are hard in the service industry but that makes no excuse to be rude.

As good as the food is i am getting pretty upset ordering from here anymore.. I place an order often and the order is never right!! I was told by drivers that they will fix the order. I been told that they’d bring me what I was missing. They never come back and then never answer when I call back. They repeat the order back, I now make sure that they do and it is still wrong. You guys.. please make sure you’re doing your job and double check. I almost always pay with card and tip well, Too. Please do better. This is ridiculous!!!!

Since we started going to Gionino’s, we have had no issues. The food is always hot. The pizza is excellent, the chicken breasts, wow. Then there is the JoJo potatoes. This completes the package. When we order, we order the pizza, breaded chicken breasts and jojo’s.
