Ordered a steak sub tonight and this is what I got. Called and talked to two guys; one shift manager Charles told me they ran out of steak and he told the cook just to add extra mushrooms to even it out. Maybe you should have called and asked if I wanted something else. Won’t order from you again…. No matter how much we love your JoJo’s.

Ordered 3 thin crust pizza, sm, med, lrg. Sm and med are under cooked and doughy. 90 min for delivery for pizza I have to cook myself?! Plus $60 for 3 pizzas I would expect to be able to eat when delivered bot have to cook them. Very dissatisfied!

What a poor establishment to deal with…was told an hour delivery. After waiting an hour an 20 min was rudely spoken to saying they are busy. Hung up on. Called again…..Spoke with another worker. First was a female then a male answered. He started out very respectful and ended up just as rude and disrespectful. I was told by each employee directly that they don’t care and hung up on me. Where are the OWNERS???? Do they know how their business is being run??? Never again will I place an order there!!!!

We got a large meat pizza and the “meatball casserole”. It was delicious! Their sauce is the best, and I’m sauce picky! I would recommend ordering extra sauce, if you like sauce. This will be our new go-to for pizza.
