I always ask to leave my food at the porch and call me to let me know it was delivered, dont knock, because I have a toddler and two loud dogs. I live 8 minutes down the road and delivery is ALWAYS an hour. The last two times have been a mess. My daughter/my lunch was over an hour late. Tonight I ordered at 7:45ish. I checked my porch at 9:40ish. Nothing. Check again at a little after 10 and all I have on my porch is a 2L. My garlic bread is nowhere to be seen and my pizza is strewn down my porch stairs. Beyond irritated and angry. No knock. No call. If you werent the only pizza place to deliver to me, I wouldn’t order.

Always love Gionino’s. Staff if nice. Only thing I would change is when they close at 10pm and you call at 8:45, they have no delivery. Not a deal breaker but a huge pain in the butt when you don’t want to go out.

Absolutely awful every time. They call franchise and complain that Lake Milton Gioninos (which is way better) can’t deliver right to jones rd… but yet if anyone in this neighborhood calls for THEIR delivery from Edinburg location they tell you an hour and a half. Just tried again for the last time! Our order completely wrong and missing two toppings and everything was cold. They DONT care

Order was placed for delivery at 4:30 pm and was told it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. 6:30 comes around and still no pizza, we call and they say they had the wrong phone number and address but they called us from an employees personal phone number asking for someone by the wrong name so we assumed it was a wrong number phone call, they also never mentioned they were with Gioninos. They then said they would be at the house with the pizza in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later they call again argumentative and saying they had other pizzas to deliver before we got ours and at this point it was 2.5 hours past our original order placement so we cancelled the order because they would’ve delivered a pizza that was already sitting around for almost 3 hours! Will never eat from or recommend this location again. Disgusting customer service and pure laziness.
