Stopped in for a sandwich today. The Italian sub was delicious! From out of town and couldn’t have found a better spot. The place is pick up only. The lady who made our delicious sandwich was so very kind and helpful . You won’t be disappointed!

Another local disappointment!!! We go there a lot but this is the last time. This is what we found in our chicken box. The pizza looked amazing but the chicken was horrible. It was soggy and I don’t know what happened to that chicken leg or that thigh, but my family was not eating that. Also when called and spoke with manager he told me to put the chicken in the oven for 5 min all I could say is wow, wow. Why would I want to turn on my oven in 95 degree weather. I told him that was my purpose of coming there so I did not have to cook. Granted I did say I don’t feel like leaving back out to pick up new food nor do I trust to have food remade. But all I got was sorry and to me that’s not good enough when you have messed up. Well I guess that was our last experience with this place thx for nothing.

This Gionino’s was pretty good I mean they’re all good but this one was right on point. I always order extra sauce on all my pizzas I don’t know why but it makes a difference and they put just the right amount on there man so I was happy.

Food is great, but the service sucks. Prior to ordering they don’t tell you that it’s drive thru only and I was in a work vehicle that sits high. I had to stand in the driveway and it began raining. When I did get my food the person at the window had an attitude and I was soak and wet from the rain. I asked the person at the window of ranch dressing was in my bag, the didn’t respond and had an attitude as I signed for my order. 38.00 for 8 pieces of chicken, JoJo’s and a salad on top of being wet from the rain and they have an attitude.

Kinda hard to have an atmosphere OUTSIDE. I do understand that covid has had an impact on local businesses, but it’s pretty much under control now .time to get out from under the covers and show customers you value them by NOT ONLY opening doors to the public, but expanding your delivery area to fill gaps in coverage .our hunger matters it’s what fills your bank account , recognize.

We have been ordering from this Gioninos for years. We always get it delivered. We really like the food. Our problem is the delivery driver. He is always fishing for extra tips by saying he drove for a long time to get here. I live 1 mile away, maybe less. I always give a 15% tip on top of the delivery fee when I order. Today my husband was being nice and asked him how his day was going. Big mistake! He asked my husband how much time he had to listen and if he had a couch to lay on so he could talk about it. He also asked if he charged by the hour. We will not order again if Baby Huey is delivering.
