Being from Columbus, Gionino’s was a departure from the style of pizza I am used to, but it was a welcomed difference! Extremely delicious, chewy crust and fresh cheese with a sweeter sauce. Service was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

I ordered from this location,Canal Fulton. They left my pizza on the ground. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.When I called & told them I was told the driver said he called me , which he did NOT.I paid 27$$ for my food to be left on the concrete. O,,,&& NO CREDIT OR ANYTHING, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. SMH. “NEVER AGAIN”.

Ordered a Large pepperoni. Averaged one and a half slices per piece. One piece had Zero pepperonis. They use to be so consistent. Third time We’ve had below average pizza. Will not be ordering Gioninos. Long time customer so it’s disappointing.

We ordered 4 pizzas for a family get together and only the gluten-free pizza was cooked fully. The other 3 pizzas were doughy and had to be baked in the our oven to be edible. We had told our family how much we like Gioninos to be truly disappointed by this experience. The delivery driver was very professional and courteous.

They offer unique toppings pizzas and fantastic quality that I don’t see elsewhere. My kids are crazy about the mac and cheese pizza The pricing is a little more expensive than other pizza places but the quality difference is worth it!

Family usually orders here, and we have liked it in the past. Food is tasty and lots of options of pizzas and sides. Has always been great for events or even just family dinner. However, the last couple times it feels like we are inconveniencing them when we order. I called and they even recognized my name from calling before so I was in their system. I ordered a medium pizza and jojo’s and they told me I should be able to pick it up in half an hour. I showed up and they either gave my order away or never put it in. The boy behind the counter wasn’t much help and I showed him my phone with their number called recently, because I don’t think he believed that I put in an order until I showed him that I had truly called. I could tell he felt bad and they were busy… But he told me I had to wait another 45 minutes. If they had offered to hurry up and have it out ASAP that would have been fine. Accidents happen and they were busy, but to get pushed back even farther down the list under orders that ordered after me when I clearly had proof that they were the ones who made a mistake. I hope they can resolve these issues in the future.

Ordered a pizza from here because I had a coupon for a free pizza. Placed a pickup order for 5pm. I show up exactly at 5pm and they said the ticket just printed out because they put it in the system wrong. I tell them I will wait in my car, and they said they will bring it to my car when it is ready. When I get home, I notice the dough is still very gooey and it has the wrong toppings. The only reason I am giving 2 is because they were nice kids working there and the pizza was free due to a coupon.
