I would rank Orrvilles best pizza place through the years. Serving a family of seven we cut straight to the chase and get the party pizza that serves us and provides a few with leftovers in the morning. The sauce is perfectly balanced with seasoning and touch of sweetness. Their cheese is thick and perfectly balances with the hearty crust. When I’m feeling extra I splurge and get a box of jojos to share with the family. They are perfectly crispy and soft inside, one of the best around.

I have always ordered the family feast and have always received great service and always got everything I ordered but we ordered the family feast today and didn’t get our coleslaw and we called in and the person on the phone said that the delivery driver would drop it off on his way back out and the delivery driver was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! He said we didn’t click on the coleslaw and that he didn’t have to bring it back by and that he would not be doing that anymore. I don’t know what happened to your customer service but I don’t think we will be ordering from you anymore.

The food is great but I’m giving them 4 stars since they can’t follow delivery directions. We have dogs that bark whenever someone knocks or rings the doorbell, as dogs normally do. However, we also have a baby that needs to sleep. We often include delivery instructions that say to leave the food on the porch and do not knock or ring the doorbell. Literally, every time they knock and ring the doorbell, the dogs bark and the baby wakes.

Quality is very good and consistent but their speed for both pickup and delivery has always been a problem and the biggest reason not to order. If you are willing to wait an hour then maybe wait another 30 min because they can’t get your order out on time then this is the place for you.

Orrville Gionino’s The home of burnt Jojo’s and raw sandwiches Cheese not melted that we paid extra for. The sandwiches were barely heated if at all. Raw veggies on the sausage sandwich and cold meatballs on the other sandwich. Kids working there that don’t care what they send out and whoever is managing doesn’t care either. Do yourself a favor make your own pizzas or opt for sandwiches or wings from Jerry’s!!! Anyone that thinks this place has good food must never have had good chicken or pizza. The pizza at the gas station is better than the cold, burnt slop they have at this place. Kids that work there don’t gave a damn what they send out and management is no better.

Today, order pizza and eta was 1 hour. Gave the delivery guy 30 minutes after that and called and found out the driver delivered my food to the wrong address. One year ago.A couple months later and they are awful. Got the 2 piece meal and they barely put jojos in it and they 4 they gave was size of French fries. The manager sides with kitchen staff when this was the smallest order love their food but if you do delivery they will almost always be late. I dont think they have ever been on time all the times we have ordered. This time it said would be an hour and 10 minutes and they definitely went over that time as usual.

Ordered a large pizza, a sub, and wings/jojos. They said 30 minutes. We got there 30 minutes after ordering. The pizza and sub were done but they forgot to drop the wings and jojos… So we just took it off the bill instead of waiting another 15 minutes. If you order here you might not be guaranteed to get what you order or you need to call them 15 minutes after you order to remind them to make your food. Lady at the counter seemed very frustrated with the guy in the back, I feel bad for her. Where is management?
