Absolutely mind blowing flavor. I love pizza and don’t find many pizzas I don’t like but every pizza I’ve had from Gionino’s is like 10 levels above the rest. 100% recommend. If you have time to sit down, do it. You can’t beat the fresh out of the oven taste

The pizza we ordered was the Supreme with all the meat and vegetables you could ask for. Young girls working as waiters and greeters. They were friendly and stayed around to refill drinks when needed. Clean!

I called my order in 3 times repeating my simple order to her. Large pep and feta. The woman was not listening seem more interested in getting me off the phone. When I got there at 5 it was pep only. When I asked if they could remake it for 8pm they agreed. But when I received it at 8 it was clearly the same pizza they sprinkled feta on and reheated it. Causing the feta to burn. This has never happen before . They clearly didn’t care what product they gave us. Absolutely will not be back. There are so many good pizza joints around us. Please don’t waste your time on a 50-50 shot they actually care about you.

I travel for work and have eaten pizza in almost every state in the Union. With todays high prices and subpar quality, my expectations were not very high. Fully impressed!!! Best pie I’ve had in quite some time. Timely delivery. Super friendly staff. They’ve got my business when I’m nearby, for sure!

Pitiful experience! Placed an order for 6pm, arrived at 5:50, was told only a couple more minutes. At 6:30pm still no food, phone was ringing off the hook, no one would answer it. 5 people on pizza make line laughing and joking around, only 1 running carry out register who was completely overwhelmed, but 3 people just hanging out talking at host stand, servers rolling silverware, phone still ring. Finally got my 6pm order at 6:55pm after being told 3 times they were boxing it and would just be another minute. Don’t think I saw a single employee over 21 and no organization at all. Watched 3 people walk out told they never placed an order, 2 people told there was no order but then it was found. Lots of unhappy people!! Food is good but not worth cost and poor service! I understand they were busy and probably under staffed, but if you have people just standing around there is no excuse for no one to answer the phone or help out in carry out area!! Really doubt I will be back!

Our pizza and jojos were cold still. We called and no apology. They tried to blame my husband and they were the ones that told him 40 minutes. Didn’t want anything free but just know and care. It’s a bunch of kids that don’t care. I’ll take my business to Mariolas.

After waiting 2 hours for our order to be delivered (originally was told 1hr 10min), I called the store to check the status of our order. I was told the driver would be heading out with it in just a few minutes. 16 minutes later, they called me back and said they just realized some of our food hadn’t even started cooking yet. They offered a full refund or discount and still making the order. I opted to still have the food made. I was told 30 minutes to cook and deliver as first priority delivery. It’s been another hour and still no food… still waiting. Called the store and was told by a very rude girl that it was on its way. I asked if she knew how long it would be, in an extremely snide voice she said “nope”. I said you don’t know when it left the store or anything? And she again very rudely just said “nope”. Then silence. I told her how helpful she’d been (smh). And now we wait. Still. Over 3 hours later.
