Gioninos is one of my favorite places to get pizza, when it’s made right. For some reason everytime I get a pizza from these guys the dough is very soft and chewy and undercooked, even though every time I order a well done pizza. I’m not sure if they need a new oven, but that doesn’t explain why my pizzas look like the ingredients were vomited onto it. I got extra cheese and pepperoni, well done. It does not look like there’s extra cheese, my pizza is smushed, and its doughy and disgusting. They didn’t even cut it.

Gioninos in general has the best fried chicken around. The employees all seem take nice but the wait for delivery is always ridiculous. So if you’re really hungry, go pick it up! I’ve waited over an hour before and they are less than 2 miles down the road.

Worst ever. Ordered 2 pizza’s for delivery at 4:45 P.M. 12/3/22 called them back at 6:30 manager said was a mix up and it’d be free. Called back at 8:25 P.M. and the same manager said they couldn’t even find our order. If I could give ZERO stars I would have!

I love the pizza but the customer service is awful. I just ordered a pizza and the guy on the phone was SO RUDE, and then hung up on me. The management should really teach their employees that although they might hate their lives outside of work, they are being paid to be there and need to show common courtesy. Not sure I will be back!!!!
