My GF and her daughter, who are from Michigan, came to experience “Chicago Style” deep dish on their vist. Lou’s was too busy on the Memorial Day weekend so we chose Giordano’s down the block. The pizza and service did not disappoint!!! Nice and chill atmosphere, kind attentive waitress, and all at a great price! We left our plates “clean” it was so yummy LOL

Couldn’t come to Chicago and not grab some deep dish pizza. My son and I had the Bacon BBQ Chicken Deep Dish with a Giordano’s Sampler (Medium). The both of us could only finish half of it. It came out piping hot and delicious. It is so much that in retrospect I would have probably ordered a small. Our server was outstanding and prompt. It was an hour before closing so we basically had the whole restaurant to ourselves.

I ordered a veggie pizza online and a meat pizza was delivered instead. The restaurant sent me the original veggie pizza which came after 30 minutes and 3 phone calls. The box was wet and the deep dish pizza was crumbling on one side (it was also cold so this was clearly cooked at least 1 hour back). When I called the restaurant, they claimed I was lying about the wet box. He refused to send me another pizza or cancel my order to issue a refund. I offered to send him photos and he claimed they didn’t have the technology to receive it. I had to throw out the pizza that I paid for and make my own lunch after paying money to them for nothing. He was quite rude and not even apologetic. Never ordering from here again. Wish I could give them a negative rating and file a complaint somewhere.

WOW… this place is beyond.. coming from New York, I had to try Chicago pizza and WOW.. hands down, the best pizza I’ve ever had.. and I’m a born and raised New Yorker (call me a traitor all you want, this place is outstanding). Comparing between the deep dishes I’ve had and most pizzas, this pizza is incredible. I had the deep dish garlic and spinach. Nothing like it! Very excited to see this place offers frozen delivery. I know it won’t be “the same” but friends and family back home have to give it a try. Thank you to the entire staff there too — had a great laugh while waiting for the pizza too. Thank you, Giordano’s!

The restaurant was half empty and it still took an hour and a half to get our food! The wait was definitely not worth it. Way too much cheese and the crust was nothing special. If you want to have a good night then do not come here.
