We flew in from Mexico after being away for a few years. My family’s first request was for deep dish pizza so we went to Giordano’s directly from the airport. We were there about a half hour before they opened. Nico gladly let us in and served us personally!

Delicious! But SO expensive. The price bumps it down a star. It is a must-visit for my people visiting Chicago from out of town. But wow is it PRICY. Pictured is a slice of the large spinach deep dish with Italian sausage added. Additionally, the medium house salad described as “serves 2-3 people”. It was delicious—friendly waiter, great vibe. But oh so expensive, and a decent wait for the pie. Order ahead maybe next time.
