I ordered early to have my order delivered at 11:45am. Noon came, and I hadn’t gotten my food. I called spoke to someone who kept asking for my name. I gave it to him and he said that he had nothing for that name. I then gave him the order number and he found it and read off to me the order. He told menit would be to me in 15 minutes. I knew that was a lie as I ordered a Stromboli and know that takes longer than 15 minutes. I waited until 1pm and still no delivery. I called a second time. Got another guy who told me he could not find my order. I gave him the order number and he found it. He could not tell me why the order wasn’t processed. I told him about 10 times I wanted to cancel this order. He finally said that I would have to talk to his manager. His manager got on the phone I advised the Manger I wanted to cancel my order. He asked for my name, I gave him my name. He told me there was no order. I gave him the order number and he still couldn’t find it. I told him the other two people I spoke with found it. He finds it, I tell him again that I want to cancel this order, he says something I don’t understand so I tell hum again. To cancel the order. He told me that the order wasn’t printing. I said not my problem CANCEL the order. He said he would cancel the order. Well, the payment cleared my bank. I will be disputing this in the AM and making a visit in the way home from work.

They good the only thing for me is the outsourcing of their phone orders to foreign countries, they don’t even understand the order your trying to make. They should not be able to do that. They don’t hire our community but a few and then pay other people in foreign countries to take my order in west bmore. Them people don’t even know what a steak and cheese is

I ordered a hot turkey platter with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. they put lettuce and tomato with 1 piece of bread like a sandwich but I didn’t order a turkey sandwich, I ordered turkey with bread and gravy on top, which is called a hot turkey platter.
