Friendly service, good food. Looks are deceiving, we have lived here for 2yrs and always thought this was italian. It’s actually very woodsy country inside. Gravy is homemade and the chicken fried steaks is tender great flavor breading is crisp. Pancake is fluffy and sweet. Yake was new for us, but really good. A must go if your into country cooking.

The portion sizes were more than enough. the chicken fried steak didn’t even need a knife to cut. Crispy and good flavor. the gravy was really good definitely tastes homemade and hits the spot without the heartburn afterthought. Highly recommend the raspberry jelly it was amazing.

Giorgi’s is a great brunch spot. Serving breakfast and lunch with the drive thru open until 8pm. The service was somewhat slow on 10/10/2022 however Taylor was a pleasant server. The CFS skillet was delicious. The pancakes were very good as well. Looking forward to my next meal at this little diner spot. There are multiple locations within the Rathdrum Prairie.

Food is good, and the potions are in line with the price during a time in which we see items shrinking in size at restaurants everywhere. The server was a nice enough young man though when asked for a refill on the sugar holder he simply grabbed a partially filled container from a nearby table swapping the empty one so the next folks have to ask (which is a bit lazy given there was only a couple others in the restaurant and he wasn’t busy). The atmosphere is typical diner with less than comfortable thinly padded seats or hard wooden chairs likely to encourage you to move on quickly but tough on you if you have sciatica like me. My sister really liked their bacon. I am sure we will be back.

Understaffed restaurant. Home-fried potatoes and eggs were good. No ostrich, kangaroo, or alligator, pleas (advertised on menu). My beef steak was overcooked and topped with butter.

Got great service from Michael. But the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered home fries but got hash browns instead which was fine as they were actually decent. Better than I can say about most places. Their pancakes are actually quite awesome. But the corned beef hash is just sad, they should remove it or learn how to make it.

Not gonna lie, some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The breading was light and fluffy and they left it alone enough that I could taste the creamy flavor of the fish (tasted like maybe cod) and they didn’t seem frozen. The fries were just okay but the tartar sauce definitely tastes homemade. Price was slightly more than I expected but well worth it in my opinion: three decently-sized pieces of very good fried fish with some fries and good tartar sauce.

Neat place with a mountain feel. Staff was very nice and food was good and plentiful. Only reason for the 4 stars is the hot chocolate was beyond scalding hot. Had the Bison omelette with hash browns and a biscuit with gravy. Food was great
