Gio’s was an unexpected surprise! We were driving through Rangley for a family trip and there weren’t a lot of options between Utah and Glenwood, CO. The front of the building didn’t look like much. We even wondered if they were really open. Walked inside and WOW! It looks newly renovated and the service was stellar! It was very clean, including the restrooms. There was a baby changing table in the women’s room, a must for traveling mama’s. I wish I remembered the waitresses names because they deserve a shout out. Try a personal pizza and you will not be disappointed. Others in our group had burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, and salads and they were all very good. We even stopped again on our return trip. The only entrée that we tried that could use some tweaking was the Southwest Rice Bowl. The sauces didn’t mesh well and the rice was blah, maybe they ran out of cilantro lime rice because it really tasted like plain, white rice.

This was the most peaceful dinner we’ve had with our children. They enjoyed the food and the wiki sticks to play with. It also helped that our delicious food didn’t take very long to come out.

We stopped at gio’s due to the reviews on Google. We feel the same way as everyone else. Excellent food. Excellent service atmosphere with great. And it is a very clean restaurant. Time we come through we will stop and see them again.

On our way to Yellowstone we were hungry and stopped right across the street from this place to goggle a restaurant. I told my wife there was an Italian dinner nearby, she picked it. When I hit directions it pointed walking ♂️ distance 1 minute right across the street.
