This is a hidden gem in Stillwater if you’re looking for great food this place is a must! Just tried their pizza and it was amazing they use fresh ingredients and make it fresh in front of you too! They also have amazing subs and really good coffee as well! Not to mention the incredibly friendly staff. So glad I came here will be back.

Am I reading this website correctly? Closed 5 days a week? Open only 10 hours per week? If so, sell your furniture now and get out. These days the customers come last! If you don’t have the owners (mature experienced friendlly adults) there to take care of your customers. And if you won’t accommodate we the customers needs: (Open 8 am – 12:00 pm 7 days a week, THEN YOU ARE DESIGNED TO FAIL! AND WILL! If only one business would listen to their customers! We really do want you to succeed!

We discovered Gio’s by accident and have become regular customers. We love this cafe! The pizzas are fantastic and sprinkled with a unique and utterly delicious combination of herbs and spices. Lots of coffee drinks and decadent chai latte. Setting is intimate and cozy. Highly recommend!

Great, welcoming atmosphere and an incredibly friendly staff! I got the “Pisa” sub and it was delicious. Really good prices for the amount of meat you get and I shared it with another person and was full. The Redbull candy infusion drink was really good as well. I’ve recommended it to multiple friends since my visit.

Ate at Gio’s for a quick afternoon snack while walking around downtown Stillwater. The Gio 10” pizza and a couple of teas for two were a perfect combo to hit the spot. Highly recommend stopping here for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack!
