This is supposed to be a meatball sub! What kind of Processed meat are y’all feeding to ppl. Wait time for delivery was about average! I can’t get over this meatball, it looks more like scrapple. An the taste I can’t even describe that! But No I would not recommend them, and they don’t have to worry about my business again.

Normally I speak highly of this restaurant. However my last experience was not good. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Simple enough. When I got home it was half pepperoni half cheese. I called they apologized and told me to come back with the wrong pizza and they would make a new pizza. When I got there, the associate took my name and phone number and told me the next time I order give me name and number and they would give me a free pizza to compensate me for the mix up. I attempted to cash in on their offer today and the first person acted like I wasn’t speaking clearly enough and passed the phone to his manager. The manager (who was not there) says he would not have every said free… maybe a discount. I repeated my story and still he refused to even look for the paper with my info. I don’t ask for much. I ask for accuracy and quality. When you fail in those areas I expect you to be a person of your word and make good on your promise.

First time ordering from here. Ordered a cheese pizza and a turkey and cheese sub. Their subs automatically come with lettuce, tomato and mayo, I asked to substitute the tomatoes for pickles. Spent over 30 dollars and get home to find that my sub is turkey with cheese only. Very disappointed. The pizza has good flavor, however i hope you like hard flavorless crust cause that’s what it is. It’s a dinky place but don’t let appearances sway you. The pizza was on point! Perfectly cooked, toppings were generous and sized right for us. Table was clean. Cons: Clerk couldn’t take an order with clarity. Soda was watered down. Utensils were unwrapped, out in a cup, bad enough anytime but there appeared to be few Covid precautions. No menu board. Still gave it a 4 based on the food taste and quality, and we could see dozens of folks coming in for pick up plus their drivers were busy.

Ordered a bunch of subs for the entire family. Just opened mine up and found a hair. A short hair. With the follicle still attached at the bottom so therefore it was plucked out intentionally! Absolutely disgusting! Will NEVER order from here again and you shouldn’t either. Unforgivable.

Ordered scicilian cheese pizza and one cheese fry, 30 plus dollars. Pizza was un edible….crust literally so hard you couldn’t take a bite. ( had to have been prior made, and sat over time). Called for replacement – regular cheese pizza. I tapped pizza on phone to hear how hard it was. Then I thought… what was price difference??? Giovannas got us and this is my norm place to order. No apology or anything. I’m now returning that scicilian and speaking with management.

This is our new go-to pizza joint. We use to explicitly go to Kings. We are in love with getting an onion and green pepper pizza. The green peppers are like ones you’d get on a real Philly cheesesteak. Good ratio of toppings, cheese, and sauce. I am not a huge pizza fan but this is some good stuff. They did mess up our pizza once (pepperonis instead of green peppers), and my husband didn’t want to call since he would eat the pizza but I wouldn’t. That’s the only issue we have had, and it only happened once. I’m sure they would have fixed the issue if we had called. Otherwise, quick delivery with hot pizza.

Ordered a Sicilian cheese pizza through grubhub. They gave the driver the wrong pizza and even questioned it but decided it didn’t matter if it was right. When I called to let them know we’d been given a regular pizza with ham instead, the lady said “I know.” She asked did I want to re-order and I said I didn’t want to pay for it twice. She then said ok and she’d send it right out. When the driver arrived he wanted us to pay another $18! Yes, the grubhub driver should’ve verified but they were still given the wrong pizza. The attitude from the lady who answered the phone was horrible and frankly the pizza wasn’t that great. Maybe the Sicilian would’ve been better but I’ll never know
