I got a cheesesteak from here and I was a little disappointed. The bread was stale and they didn’t even melt the American cheese on top. Hoping to write this review for them to see and make improvements only.

The pizza is ok. When you order toppings on your pizza, they aren’t baked in. So the onions are still raw or the pineapple is crunchy. The dough is very airy which we personally don’t prefer, but others might like it. Delivery takes at least an hour no matter what day of the week it is.

I absolutely love this place. You can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. They really are exceptional and considering how low key this place is, I’m really shocked more people haven’t discovered their good eats (but glad cause you can eat in peace). I travel frequently from the Bronx just to have their specialty slices… hoping they open a branch in the 5 boroughs!

Rockland is blessed to have more than a few great pizzerias. Giovannis is at the top of that list. Really the best of the best. I have never had a bad slice or experience here. The pasta dishes are right up there in taste and quality with some of the fanciest Italian restaurants I’ve been to. Dave and his team are friendly and professional. There is nothing else to say – they have earned all 5 stars from me, and my family and I are customers for life.

I love this place. The pizza is always so fresh and always hot. Found them fairly recently through using ChowNow. Even ordered pickup by accident through the app and when I called them and asked if they’d deliver it, they were so friendly and said no problem. It was even delivered hot. Haven’t found a good pizza place in a while, but so happy I found this one.
