Ordered a pizza special a few months ago and they gave me the wrong pizza. I called to let them know we got someone’s else pizza and it was late so I didn’t want to bring back for them to make another one so the lady said she would give me a discount and put my name on the board. I called about 3 weeks later to order a pizza since they have the best pizza in town and the lady was so hateful and rude told me YOU DIDN’T TALK TO ME. I told her a young lady put my name on the board for the next time I ordered a pizza and she said ( In a hateful tone) she don’t have the right to tell you that I’m the MANAGER and only I do that and you didn’t talk to me. I let her know I didn’t appreciate the rude and hateful attitude and I didn’t have time to argue with her. I told her we love the pizzas there but sad to say we will never be ordering from there again. I emailed the corporation and it’s been two weeks and no response.

This most definitely is the worst Giovannis that I’ve ever experienced. The place is very dirty, along with a rude owner, employees don’t even look like they stay clean. Cash register is covered with crud and down right nasty, health department should shut this place down. The pizza had 2-3 inches of dough only, this is usually done to save on product (sausage, pepperoni, etc). Absolutely wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone and I Love Giovanni’s but NOT THIS ONE!!! SO SAD !!
