Terrible experience. Looks like new ownership and not impressed. Order was ready 5 minutes early and was called to ask where we were. Total given over the phone was incorrect (charged $10 more in person) and order was messed up (ordered roasted red peppers but received green peppers). My mother in law lives close by – will not go back again.

If I could give zero star. I would give them zero stars if I could. Coming for visit my friend pass by here. A bald-headed middle-aged male waiter with an extremely bad service attitude, cause we just order a small pizza. It super salty, like ate whole bottle salt. Don’t be fooled by their busy appearance to order their food, it’s just a waste of your money.

Giovanni’s ( corner of Lake and Lowell St ), has been there for decades, so everybody who’s lived in a 10 mile radius of it knows it for sure. it’s rather large inside as far as pizza and sub shops go, with plenty of seating inside. If one eats in, they will bring your food to you. I’ve eaten here for 35 years and it’s only gotten better.

Sorry Giovanni’s but you totally failed yesterday. My nephew in law called in the order around 10:30am for pickup at 4:30pm. He was given #6 for his order. Unfortunately when someone went to pickup the order it was never started. Yes I know Super Bowl Sunday is a big deal so you as the owner need to plan accordingly for a very busy day. They were told they would start the order and deliver it. Never happened. Again they called at 6:30pm still they had never started the order. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Thankfully for the family and friends that went to their house to watch the game they all brought food. But the kids were sooooooooo looking forward to Pizza. A friend of theirs then went to Big Y and within 15 minutes they got 2 cooked pizzas, plus chicken fingers, etc. in the future plans better. At a certain point no longer accept phone orders.
