The food tastes good but the pizza dough is always always raw. The amount of toppings is insane but you lose all of them just getting a piece onto a plate. You can’t eat it without silverware. Always amazing service very friendly and timely. The store needs some cleaning and sprucing up.

Pizza was pretty good!!! I liked the taste and the flavor was good. But the place looks very dirty and unprofessional, like a hillbilly joint! I probably won’t go back, because I don’t want to get sick. The health department should really take a good look at this place.

The pizza most of the time when we get it is good. Greasy but good. every single time we call it just rings and rings and rings we have lived here since July, and every single time we call no one ever picks up even though their Google hours clearly say they are open till nine no matter what day of the week that we call no one ever answers we are forced to go in and place an order and the last time I did that I saw their phones on the counter they were clearly on mute and no one‘s answering.

My first time ordering from Giovanni’s last week was fantastic! The gentleman who was working was very fast and friendly both on the phone and when I came in. My calzone was packed with toppings and baked to perfection. Absolutely will order from here again if I’m in Grafton and hungry. The price was also reasonable, less than $9 for a huge calzone and side salad.

We ordered the large 1 item and large specialty (delux) special. They were both amazing! They lay down 1 layer of pepperoni then sauce and a generous layer of cheese and another layer of pepperoni. The Delux was even more amazing with super generous toppings. A single piece is a meal for sure!
