We ordered a cheeseburger for carryout and when we got home we noticed it was raw. We did not ask it to be cooked like this. It’s supposed to be fully cooked. This is a complete health and safety violation. There is no way this was cooked to 145 degrees.

First time visiting, unfortunately will not return. Priced on the high end for a sub/ pizza shop. medium fries were $5.69 plus tax for a very small serving and were soggy. The Onion Rings had no coating so were just soggy onions, honestly cant believe they allowed them to go out. The sub was ok at best, and didn’t have the extra mayo I asked for. Maybe it was a bad night, but I cant recommend based on my experience.

I’m completely disappointed with the food I’ve had delivered to me. I’ve ordered from this place for years, with hit or miss results. However, the misses weren’t unforgivable, until now. I’ve ordered a steak and cheese sub twice in the past two weeks and both times it was maybe 30% edible. There’s serious strings of gristle running through the entirety of it; the texture is like chewing on a balloon.

I ordered some BBQ sauce wings from this place, and they did not disappoint. I usually go to Wingstop, but lately the wings they give you are the size of my thumb, and for that price it’s nuts. This place gave me full sized wings at $1.50 a wing, which is what Wingstop charges. I do wish ya’ll had a verify of dry rubs, but no worries, still good eats. My delivery was also 20 minutes earlier the quoted which was nice. Wil order again.

Absolutely terrible food with worse customer service I got all greasy food with the bags covered in grease and oil and the oñion rings had little to no breading on them and were tasteless and mushy. I tried to call and complain and got yelled at when I was just asking them to serve better food! I paid $60 for my family to still be hungry!!!! Despicable! Learn customer service!

When I called to order 2 large cheese pizza I had a coupon for 16.99 was told could not use because in the FINE PRINT it says that only can use for pickup not delivery. An nowhere on the coupon it says that. What a bad customer service you have. I will never order or recommend you to anyone you are just a rip off. Bad business now new owners. I will also tell my employer not to buy from you again an they have big orders but no more. There is better pizza business in Nashua that’s for sure !

First time ordering from here. Ordered a roastbeef sandwich a specific way which was typed up correctly on the ticket but did not arrive as requested. Placed three calls to report this and got hung up on the first two times and waited on hold 5 minutes the second time. Customer service not great. Will not be ordering from here again. The only plus was it was delivered early and politely by the delivery driver.

On Saturday I went for first time to Giovanni’s, I order a slice for me and another for my son, something to drink and a bag of chips. When I was going to pay they charged me very little so I asked again how much?, and the lady said: “I didn’t charge you for the pizza”.
