If I could give a negative star I would. I have been here so many times and it’s been great. I was at the restaurant tonight with my family and when my food arrived I started eating and I took a bite and something hard almost cracked my tooth. I had eggplant Florentine, so nothing should’ve been hard and when I pulled it out of my mouth, it was a cracked clam shell. I told the waitress she apologized and she informed me that she was going to tell the owner. She offered to remake the meal and I was not going to be charged. The fact that the owner was there and never came over to speak to me I find incredibly rude. I have been going there for years and I find it insulting that she was informed and could not be bothered to check on a customer after her kitchen made a serious error. My mouth and tooth still hurt and I was not able to finish my meal. You definitely lost a customer today. We will never be back.

Fantastic authentic Italian food , little gem in Danbury …finally good tasting well seasoned cooked with love Italian food…generous portions and reasonable priced. Busy waitstaff may need a little help our waiter was taking care of all tables on the floor, none the less with a little patience good food good turnout. Almost didn’t want to give away this little gem in town.

This is the best Italian I’ve found in the Danbury area. The service from Wendy was excellent! The food is authentic and well presented. The atmosphere is casual with Italian opera playing in the background. This chef knows how to prepare Italian cuisine. This place goes to the top of my list for Danbury, CT.
