I think they have changed ownership. I use to order a meat lovers or any specialty and it would be saturated with toppings. The last 2 times I ordered. It has been skimpy on toppings. The main reason I was going here because they were not selfish with toppings and the pizza was great. Idk if I’ll be back for the price I pay now.

Last night I tried calling to place order n the phone said caller can not take ur call at this time try again … 3 x’s I called to place order for pick up n each time I received this message n I still went ahead n ordered from them online … I ordered 2 Chicken n Broccoli Alfredo’s with fettuccine pasta n side salad n one Cheesesteak .. n I left a 10% Tip bill came to $53.45 .. when we got the order there was NO CHICKEN in the broccoli n chicken Alfredo … I tried calling them again after I received order n again the caller U r calling can not take ur call at this time please try again later … anyway I called today n asked them If they were having phone troubles yesterday n manager said no n was Very Rude n Unprofessional n Because of the way He just treated me n When I told him there was No Chicken in the Broccoli n chicken I order last night … he said Y r U calling today to complain bout chicken U didn’t receive last night !! Again I had to tell him the phones were not working last night n he said I have no problem with phone last night !!! This Manager will b the demise of this place Mark My Words !!! N He lost my business for sure !!!

We have only ordered pick up due to them not offering delivery on some days, I have 3 stars for service because of this. They advertise delivery not delivery sometimes. Also they seem to pick and choose their hours they aren’t always open according to their hours. The couple times we did order the food was good. We have skipped them the last few times tho cause they are hit or miss, I guess it depends on who shows up for work?!

Walked in after working hard like everyone else on a Friday night & ordered garlic knots there we cold in the middle left in a pond of garlic oil. It was 3 garlic knows about a half of cup of oil wrapped in foil & 10 wings that I would never get again bbq. It was a Friday it wasn’t busy inside but the phones was ringing I’m so mad I wasted my money but good service & food is like gambling now a days.

This place has gone downhill. I’ve been ordering for 5 years. The older man is very rude. I ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery (on a Monday) and almost an hour later still no food, I called and was told the chicken parm was just coming out of the over…called back 15 mins later and it still wasn’t on the way. He was so unprofessional when speaking and cutting me off I had to cancel and will never order from them again.

Never again will I spend my money at Giuliana’s Pizza and Pasta House . I’ve been going there for years. And tonight there was a yellow piece of thick plastic in my food. I went back with good intentions because I like the place and poppop is sweet! But I was wrong! The lady’s were cool. He immediately started saying you ppl come in here wanting a free slice.when I never said anything about wanting anything! He was loud, and nasty.He is rude. And inconsiderate. I would’ve been ok if he even acted as if he cared. I could’ve choked! I thought a tooth had fallen out or something! Never again!!!!
