The food when we finally got it was very good. The wait is ridiculous! Our waiter was like a robot with zero personality and then ignored us. We got our breadsticks right before 1 pizza…and the pizza was wrong. Then 15 min later we got our second one. Had to reorder the first. It was the longest supper ever. Then we had to listen to screaming kids because their wait time was forever too. We were the only ones there for 20 min. We shouldn’t have to be there for nearly 2 hours. Food tasted good but was not not any better than some take out we have gotten. Didn’t even get a pic of the second pizza because our kids were starving by the time it came. We went be back.

Tried the Appleton location for the first time today. The food is always great. We were actually going to get more after our initial order but our waitress (serv101) forgot about us after we told her. By the time she was done flirting with the guy at the bar, we couldn’t wait around another 10 minutes for another order 🙁

This place could use a refresh. The environment is average, nothing exciting. Seemed to be ok with number of staff but still slower service; no one asked how the food was/checked in. Came around 5:30 on a Friday and it was not busy at all. Pizza was “ok”. I’ve had better pizza here when I’ve had it delivered. Probably won’t dine-in again but will order delivery/pick up.
