Our stay at the Porto Vista Hotel included a daily breakfast. We really enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The view of the bay is great and made for a nice experience.

Really enjoyable dining experience in a pleasant part of downtown. 4th floor, so when the sun sets on the west-caving balcony you’ll want a hat so that you can actually see. without getting blinded. A new building is going up right across the street, and it will block half of the view, but look to the left and right and you’ll still get a good vista. Also, there is a long row of seating which works well for couples, but not so good for conversation with larger parties. Unique choices of foods, for example an appetizer of bacon-wrapped dates. There is plenty to choose from for special diets. Salmon was fantastic and came with tons of veggies and quinoa.

This was the worst food ever. I ordered and horchata and I got milk with cinnamon. My entire party order food and it took us all 1 bit to ask for the check and leave. Makes a lot of sense that the place is empty. I wasted $50 on leaving food at the table. Do not trust the reviews.

The place was empty. Food was sub par for the price and the service was dull. We were the only table in the restaurant and Sam could’ve gave us a better experience but didn’t.

The restaurant provided excellent service. Our bartenders were Reina and Alan and they attended us so well! They brought us chips and salsa and served us quick and with smiles. Great atmosphere and great view! Drinks were great too!

For dinner reasons I thought this is more like an upscale restaurant, but it is more of casual. We sat down inside and the view is okay. BUT the food was GOOD. We had some salad, salmon and pizza… well specially the salad was great. Just be aware the salad comes in huge portion (can share it among 3 friends). The salmon was great as well. I would definitely go back for the salad. Parking was free (for two hours) and specially in that neighborhood it helps a lot.

Leaves a lot to the imagination. Very basic low turnover food menus. Chef is wonderful and tries his best with the low number of orders and keep the quality up. The service is not even comparable it’s not a restaurant but a old bar with frozen rehab’d frozen food.
