We recently dined at Global Bistro, and it was an outstanding experience! We were a party of 11. As a Mediterranean restaurant, they truly excelled in delivering authentic flavors and a delightful atmosphere. The Jordanian mansaf was an absolute highlight, the flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. The shawarma sandwich was a mouthwatering delight, bursting with fresh ingredients and tender meat. The chicken mandi was beautifully cooked and seasoned, a true delight for the taste buds. Lastly, the mixed meat platter was a carnivore’s dream, offering a fantastic variety of succulent meats. Overall, Global Bistro exceeded my expectations with their delicious offerings, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Mediterranean culinary experience. Five stars all the way! The best advice I can give you is that we actually let them know ahead by one day when we are coming and we have them our orders as well.

Very good food and diversity of Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, and other recipes. Shawarma is very good and the bread is authentic. Rice and lamb/mansaf was also very tasty and large portion was given. This is not a table service restauraunt. Also this restauraunt sits inside a university building that looks like a cafeteria, so ambiance can be upgraded in the future.

Must have shawerma, both chicken and beef. Also enjoyed a Ramadan buffet here and everything tasted great. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu. Super friendly staff and atmosphere. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seats and seating configurations with electric outlets. Also very clean.

1st time experience and planning to make another visit to compare food quality. Falafel tastes good and good portion. The place can use music playing to create a good vibe. More attention to the toilets cleanliness, this is a food serving place after all. Some customers were mean and left nasty tables after they ate. The working staff should be proud of themselves, they are working very hard.

This Outstanding Syrian Restorant is the only Syrian one in the area. It serves incredibly delicious food. Their fresh Shawarma sandwiches has no competitor in America, and everything we ordered was just perfect. They serve the best Kunafa that you may ever try, ask them about the “Halawa Jubon” it is a piece of heaven. And the team are very nice and friendly team.

If you are looking for authentic Arabic food, global bistro is the place. The chicken and beef Shawerma’s are 10/10 in taste and portions. Also, do not forget to try the “halawet el jeben” dessert, it is so good.
