Wished I found eating here sooner – insanely amazing food. REALLY appreciated the distributed ingredients covering the tortilla. The Texas had a generous portion of chicken & cheese, onions, bacon. BBQ sauce was JUST enough to add a zing, some sweetness and flavor but not overkill, making the quesadilla not messy. Amazing flavor combination. Tortilla chips are thicccc, which a whole grain taste, carry the amazing queso nicely to your taste buds. Can’t wait to come back and try other options and visit the other two locations.

The food here was not very good. The only reason why it’s getting two stars instead of one is because the portion sizes are so big- probably why the prices are so high. I went with a friend and we got the Cancun quesadilla and the Memphis nachos. The only decent part of the meal was the quesadilla, only because it was what was edible. It didn’t have much flavor at all. The worst part of the experience was the nachos. I’m not sure how their queso is “famous” as it is probably one of the worst cheese dips I’ve had in my life. It was chunky, gritty, and honestly didn’t even taste like cheese. The pulled pork on the nachos had a weird flavor and texture, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. The chips were also stale and hard, it seemed like they have been sitting out for hours or even days. Not sure how those are the “greatest chips on the planet.” I am pretty sure I broke a tooth on them, they were THAT hard and stale. The nachos didn’t have much flavor either. Overall a disappointing experience from a place I was so excited to try. Do not order nachos if you go here, maybe just try a quesadilla, though I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I truly feel like I wasted my money.

Their nachos are perhaps the most generous serving I’ve had at a restaurant. I got the Buffalo ‘Chos. The chips and the chicken aren’t great, but it’s more than the sum of its parts. The queso really brings the whole thing together.

The food is unique for sure, but priced way too high for what is essentially the fast food model. Pay for your food up front, pick up your food at the counter and either carry it out or eat it there with no service. I really like the food, but at almost $30 for 2 (decent sized) wraps is not something I would do very often.
